Specialized experience is defined as experience: Managing and/or executing complex facilities operations and/or modernization programs for large historic and/or commercial facilities; Providing supervision and/or leadership in guidance to engineering/architect or facility operations and maintenance staff; Planning, formulating, and/or executing operating and capital budgets; Preparing budget justifications; and Representing an organization on technical matters at high-level meetings concerning impacts on norrmal building operations.
