Responsibilities
- Lead space planning and programming efforts alongside PAYETTE project leadership
- Facilitate workshops and client meetings
- Direct and produce data visualizations, design drawings, diagrams, and presentations
- Develop processes and tools for the Space Strategies group and broader PAYETTE practice
- Professional degree in architecture; 10 years of experience
- Deep expertise in academic and/or laboratory planning and design
- Ability to create and direct compelling presentations for leadership audiences
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, or campus planning
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Collaborative working style with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Revit, and/or PowerBI
