Michael Tower Architecture is seeking a designer with 3-5 years of work experience to work on a contract basis. The position involves working directly with the principal to develop design work, drawing sets, and project management. Work will involve high-end residential and commercial projects in and around New York City.
The contract term will be 40 hours per week over a 6-month term. At the end of the period, we will assess an extension or full-time employment.
Pay commensurate with experience.
The candidate must be well organised and take responsibility for all aspects of the design process while working with the principal directly. We are a studio that values creativity, collaboration, and good communication.

- Design
- Working drawings (Revit)
- 3D Rendering (Enscape)
- Presentations (Adobe Suite)
- Management (Site visits, project communication)
- Excellent design skills
- Working experience with Revit
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Self-starter
- Punctual and highly organised
- US Citizen or qualified visa holder
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
