This is a full-time, on-site role for handling Architecture projects at KARDENT. As a Job Captain you will be responsible for meeting with clients, executing design solutions, preparing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing projects. As a Job Captain you will also collaborate with our internal design team and developing design details.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- 10 years experience in commercial office / medical / healthcare office improvements
- Knowledge of Building & Fire codes and Accessibility
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients
- Surveying existing buildings and tenant spaces
- Experience in developing Construction Documents and Details
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- City Plan Check processing experience, DSA submittal experience a plus!
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
