This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to all stages of the design process - from early concepts through to installation - working closely with our Creative Director and trusted vendors to bring thoughtful, layered interiors to life.
Your Role
- Support the Creative Director and design team in all phases of design projects, including high-end residential and boutique commercial interiors
- Source furnishings, finishes, and materials; coordinate with vendors, reps, and showrooms
- Support in development of design presentations, concept boards, and FF&E palettes with a refined eye for tone and composition
- Support in design development of bespoke furniture and lighting
- Create and refine floor plans, elevations, and millwork drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required)
- Manage purchase orders, and support the installation process
- Attend site visits, assist with on-site installations, and participate in ongoing project documentation
- 2 years of interior design experience, ideally in high-end residential or boutique commercial environments
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Detail-oriented and resourceful sourcing with an emphasis on vintage and bespoke goods
- The ability to collaborate on clear, detailed drawing sets and schedules
- Familiarity with FF&E specifications and procurement processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Strong visual communication and digital presentation abilities
- Experience and interest in custom furniture design
- An impeccable eye for detail, materiality, and proportion
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort in a fast-paced, small studio
- Ability to find creative design solutions that are not available in the mainstream consumer space
- Access to a car (occasional errands needed)
