What We’re Looking For
- Intermediate Designer (4–5 years of experience)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Residential experience in architecture or interior design firms
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Rhino and/or SketchUp
- Strong design sense, graphic ability, and organizational skills
- Positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
- Must be based in the Bay Area and able to commute to our San Francisco office 3 days per week
- Support all phases of design and documentation
- Prepare and coordinate interior drawing packages
- Develop detailed construction drawings with strong material knowledge
- Track project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and consultants
- Select finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
- Produce renderings, 3D sketches, and presentation materials
- Assist with procurement and site coordination
