Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to contribute to our collaborative design process, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for sustainable design, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Be an integral member of small design teams
- Prepare renderings and design presentations
- Research new materials and methods
- Develop finish material palettes and specify fixtures and furniture
- Manage finish library
- Assist with Marketing development
- Code research and permit processing
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit and Architectural renderings
- Ability to communicate through hand sketches
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with client presentations and communication
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Lumion
- Experience with sustainable design practices - Passive House
- Understanding of building codes and regulations in Oregon
