The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically rigorous Director of Architectural Design & Business Development to lead the launch of our Design House. This is a senior leadership role for a professional who possesses a deep mastery of architectural design and the strategic drive to lead project acquisition.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the work, from initial UHNW relationship origination to the technical execution of world class architectural environments. In this founding phase, you will be hands on with the Founder, in the production of design concepts and technical documentation while simultaneously building the firm’s project pipeline.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Technical Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating technical rigor, sophisticated aesthetic judgment, and successfully built work in the ultra luxury sector.
- Professional Resume: A history of 6 years within architecture or design firms.
- Business Development Mastery: Proven experience in acquiring UHNW clients and securing high value contracts for luxury projects.
- Ownership Mentality: You must be prepared to articulate why you are ready to take full ownership of your position in the industry, next to the founder, and transition from a practitioner to a market leader.
- Requirements: Must be based in the USA and prepared to help launch and scale the design house on the Gulf Coast.
- Architectural Design: Personally execute and oversee the architectural design and interior curation for estates, condos, and maritime projects.
