Responsibilities
- 2-6 years of professional office experience.
- Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction.
- Experience with Revit in an office environment working on real-world projects.
- Experience with the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents.
- A highly efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance.
- A drive to constantly learn, improve, and contribute to the evolution of this young, rising office.
- High-end analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in construction documents, detailing, digital modeling, rendering, digital fabrication, and graphics
- The ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas
- Desire to produce meaningful work, passion is at the heart of our company
- Independent with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to be openminded, take-in different ideas and encourage teamwork
- Desire to constantly self-educate and be hands-on
- Ability to bring creative solutions to our design work
- Experience in custom residential design.
- Interest and ability to move fluidly between the design and the construction of our projects.
- In-depth experience with the following software: Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word & Excel, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Currently a resident of Los Angeles or willing to commute.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
