The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the school leadership team by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Principal. This role helps ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the school through effective management of communications, records, scheduling, data systems, purchasing, and office operations. The Administrative Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for students, families, faculty, parish members, and visitors, fostering positive relationships and delivering excellent customer service. By coordinating essential administrative processes and supporting school programs and initiatives, this position contributes to a welcoming, organized, and mission-driven learning environment.
