What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Representative - Mid Morning Shifts position at Archimedes?
Archimedes is a rapidly growing leader in the specialty drug benefit management space. We are looking for a Member Services Representative to work a Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 days at home after 90 days based in our Brentwood, TN office. This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to members utilizing processes and technology within a call center. - Ensures all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
- Handling front-line inbound and outbound member calls, with the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of Archimedes' services and customer needs
- Follows established procedures, processes, and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Meets performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering excellent service in a ehalthcare or pharmaceutical environment (excluding home healthcare)
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must be available to work 8 hour shifts with starting times between 900 AM to 1030 AM CST
