The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the company's overall operational strategy, business execution, process optimization, and scalable growth, ensuring continuous improvement in operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and profitability. This position is a core executive role connecting the strategic and execution levels, and holds key responsibility for the company's operational performance, customer experience, and profit targets. Core Responsibilities
Operational Strategy and Business Execution
Develop overall company operational strategy to support revenue growth and business expansion
Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, processes, and KPIs
Oversee cross-departmental operational execution to ensure efficient business implementation
Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement
Optimize business processes, automation systems, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Drive Lean Operations to reduce costs and improve delivery capabilities
Establish a performance management system (OKR/KPI/SLA) to enhance organizational execution
Revenue Support and Commercial Operations
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize customer acquisition → conversion → retention → renewal
Responsible for Revenue Operations (RevOps), improving LTV, ARPU, conversion rate, and customer retention
Support cross-selling and upselling
Customer Experience and Service Delivery
Ensure high-quality operations of customer support, customer success, and delivery teams
Improve customer satisfaction (CSAT), NPS, renewal rate, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Optimize service processes to reduce customer churn
Data-Driven Decision Making and Business Analysis
Establish an operational data system and dashboard to monitor key metrics:
Operational costs
Unit economics model
Customer retention rate
Service efficiency
Optimize resource allocation and strategic decisions based on data
Team Leadership and Organizational Development
Lead operations, customer support, supply chain, risk control, project management, and other teams
Recruit, train, and evaluate high-performing management talent
Build a highly effective and results-oriented operational culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Executive Management
Collaborate with the CEO/CFO/CTO/CMO to ensure alignment with company goals
Drive synergy between product, sales, marketing, technology, and operations
Participate in board meetings and strategic decision-making
Risk Control, Compliance, and Quality Management
Ensure operations comply with compliance, legal, financial, and industry regulatory requirements
Establish a risk control system to prevent operational, financial, and business risks
Responsible for business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning (DRP)

Experience
20 years of experience in operations management/commercial operations/strategic execution
15 years of executive or cross-functional team management experience
Experience in finance/technology Experience in the following industries is preferred: SaaS, Crypto, E-commerce, Manufacturing
Experience in scaling up/hypergrowth is preferred.
