Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of signage projects, from kickoff to final installation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, permits, site surveys, production, and installation logistics
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders to ensure financial targets are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- 5 years of experience in signage, construction, or a related project management role
- Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, permitting, and installation processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
