- Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Maintain the cleanliness of clinic area
- Answer inquiries via phone calls and email
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
- Verify payment methods and process payments
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
- Administer screening assessments as requested
- Assist with patient modalites
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
