Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on data center construction projects
- Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work activities
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Perform quality inspections and verify installation accuracy
- Mentor electricians and apprentices in the field
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Identify and resolve field issues and installation conflicts
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
- Assist with electrical testing, startup, and commissioning activities
- Track manpower, productivity, and project progress
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly utilized
- Active Master Electrician license in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum 8–10 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of foreman or crew leadership experience
- Experience leading electrical crews on large commercial, industrial, or data center projects
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Experience on hyperscale or colocation data center projects
