We're growing fast and looking for a senior sales executive to own the East Coast region.
The Role
As a Sales Executive on the East Coast, you'll be Archetype's face to our most important technology partners and clients in the region. You'll spend the bulk of your time deepening our Snowflake co-sell motion, building relationships with partner sellers, expanding existing client accounts, and closing net-new consulting engagements. You'll work hand-in-hand with our delivery practice leaders to scope and propose work that ranges from focused pilots to multi-phase, multi-million-dollar modernization programs.
This is a senior, quota-carrying role with the autonomy to run your territory and the support of a tenured delivery organization that consistently makes our sellers look great in front of clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the partner relationship with Snowflake and other modern-data-stack partners (dbt Labs, Fivetran, Sigma, Omni, Tableau, etc.) across the East Coast — territory mapping, joint account planning, co-sell motion, partner-sourced pipeline development
- Manage and grow an existing book of East Coast client accounts through quarterly business reviews, account planning, and expansion of services
- Drive new logo acquisition through partner-sourced and self-sourced pipeline
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close — deal sizes typically $150K to $2M
- Partner closely with delivery practice leaders (Data Engineering, BI/Analytics, Cloud Architecture, Data Science) to scope engagements, build proposals, and ensure client outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Represent Archetype at industry and partner events including Snowflake Summit, Snowflake World Tour stops, regional partner events, and client executive dinners
- Build and maintain trusted executive relationships (CDO, CIO, VP Data & Analytics, Head of Engineering) within target accounts
What You Bring
- 5 years of quota-carrying experience selling professional services, data & analytics solutions, or enterprise software
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $2M annual quota
- Direct experience selling within the Snowflake ecosystem or with similar cloud data platforms (Databricks, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery)
- Established relationships with Snowflake field sellers and other modern-data-stack partners is strongly preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with comfort navigating C-suite conversations
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts across financial services, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, or technology
- Located in a major East Coast market — Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, DC metro, or surrounding area
- Willingness to travel ~30% for client visits, partner events, and industry conferences
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
