Archer Restoration of Idaho is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction / Restoration Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with restoration and construction projects, including water, fire, and storm damage repairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, cleanup, and restoration of residential and commercial properties
- Perform general labor tasks including debris removal, hauling materials, and site preparation
- Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, plumbers, etc.) as needed
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or restoration experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (typically Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed)
- Start time: 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation & Benefits:
