What You’ll Own & Impact
Customer Supply Chain Execution
- Own end-to-end supply chain execution for key retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Albertsons, Kroger, etc.)
- Manage daily order flow, replenishment cycles, and inventory projections across customers
- Ensure strong in-stock performance, fill rates, and service levels across all channels
- Partner with Sales and broker teams to align on demand, promotions, and new item launches
- Monitor inventory across manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customer channels to ensure proper coverage
- Conduct weekly replenishment analysis across DCs and store-level demand
- Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting for promotions, resets, new items, and product lifecycle changes
- Identify and mitigate risks related to out-of-stocks, excess inventory, spoilage, and obsolescence
- Partner with Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory flow
- Analyze shipments, inventory, and service metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales to support account needs, promotions, and execution
- Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to align production with demand
- Work with Finance on inventory, cost, and operational performance metrics
- Provide visibility into risks, gaps, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage retailer compliance requirements, including EDI, routing, and chargebacks
- Support item setup, maintenance, and master data across internal and customer systems
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting service levels and execution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and optimize inventory efficiency
- Drive initiatives to improve service levels, reduce chargebacks, and streamline operations
- 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within CPG or food manufacturing
- Experience supporting major retail accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Target, or Sam’s Club
- Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management
- Experience with retailer systems (EDI, Retail Link, or similar)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with 3PLs and external logistics partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
