Accounting Services Senior Associate

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Services Senior Associate to support our firm’s day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing vendor documentation, assisting with audits, and supporting our internal and client-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely filings for business property tax, sales tax, biennial reports, and 1099 forms.
- Track and manage W-9 collection to ensure accurate 1099 filings at year-end.
- Support client audits, including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits.
- Collaborate with client managers, bookkeepers, and operations teams to collect necessary documentation and resolve issues.
- Assist with payment processing, receipt tracking, and preparation of quarterly payroll reports.
- Provide bookkeeping support and coordinate with outsourced bookkeeping partner (GKM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support is preferred
