Your Responsibilities
• Act as the primary person responsible for safety and environmental protection for this position and the work under its charge. Study and abide by safety and environmental protection-related laws, regulations, company systems, and operating procedures; receive safety and environmental protection production education and training; master the safety and environmental protection production knowledge required for the job; and perform legally stipulated safety and environmental protection production duties and post-specific safety and environmental protection production responsibilities in work.
• In the process of planning and implementing one's own work, simultaneously assess the safety and environmental protection risks and safety and environmental protection measures involved in the work to ensure that the work is planned and completed safely.
• If potential safety and environmental accident hazards or other unsafe factors are found, report them immediately and comply with the company's systems for safety observation, near-miss reporting, and accident reporting.
• In case of an emergency that directly endangers personal safety, stop operations or evacuate the work site after taking possible emergency measures. Refuse to obey illegal commands and forced risky operations.
• Comply with and implement the relevant regulations of the company's quality and food safety management system, GMP-related provisions, and legal and regulatory requirements; study and master ADM's food safety culture and related knowledge.
• Establish and continuously improve the quality, food safety management system, and halal management system for the starch sugar workshop, and maintain the effective operation of these management systems.
• Handle the application for and renewal of relevant certificates such as food production licenses and system certificates.
• Participate in the audit and management of suppliers related to starch, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc.
• Compile and update documents related to the quality management system (such as quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, and record forms).
• Identify food safety risks in the production process, establish control lists, and formulate control measures.
• Organize and support relevant audits including those from factory customers, governments, third parties, and internal company audits.
• Organize quality and food safety training for all employees, third-party outsourced workers, new recruits, and contractors.
