We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead to assist in leading ADM Identity Governance and Administration workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee identity and access management tools and processes including 3rd party partner support.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets including Dissatisfaction Survey remediation.
- Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
- Facilitate management of user accounts and permissions to systems, applications and data.
- Oversee access reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Own response to audit findings and implementation of remediation measures.
- Investigate incidents and where needed, follow through with the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure 3rd party compliance to required ADM service level agreements.
- Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of Cyber Security experience
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft consumer tools
- Strong understanding of Identity Management and Access Control principles and practices
- Experience with SOX regulatory requirements and NIST Identity Guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading diverse teams
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Willingness to participate to respond to incidents outside of regular business hours if necessary.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security are a plus.
