Job DescriptionPackaging Lead Person - Ashburn, GAThis is an non-exempt level position.Initial schedule will be 4 on 2 off rotating with no Sundays. Eventually will move to 7 days a week rotating all 4 shifts and will include $1.50 more an hour shift differential. Must have open availability.Position Summary:Coachable, Motivated individual with Initiative to continuously improveUnder limited supervision, lead a group colleagues to accomplish tasks in the Packaging Department. Job Responsibilities:1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Leadership and Organizational Skills (1-2 years in a leadership role preferred) Conducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintains a safe work record.Maintain a good attendance record.Work rotating shifts of various lengths including weekends and holidaysMaintains good communication with all plant personnel.
