Job DescriptionMaintenance - Corpus Christi, TXThis is a full-time, hourly position.We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within our Maintenance department at the Corpus Christi, TX Grain facility.AssignmentsPotential assignment may include, but are not limited to:Daily maintenance work on equipment and machinery both routine and complexOperation of powered industrial equipment (Skidsteer, forktruck, etc.)Troubleshoot mechanical failuresInstallation of large equipment with hoists and/or cranesFabricationQualificationsTo be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Must be able to understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and prompt attendanceWilling to work weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and 2nd shift if neededTeam player that displays the initiative and drive to work aloneElectrical knowledge and welding experience are preferredMust have or be able to obtain a TWIC card (transportation worker identification card)High Mechanical AptitudeAble to meet physical requirements including: prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, working in confined spaces or from heights, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dusty, etc.), and the ability to lift 50lbs. unassistedAbility to MultitaskExhibit a professional image; maintain a positive and respectful attitudeADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:105281BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
