Job DescriptionFinancial Analyst, Treasury- Chicago, ILThis is a full time, exempt positionPosition Summary:The Treasury's Financial Analyst position is an excellent opportunity to learn direct cash forecasting and the Foreign Exchange market and how each impacts ADM's business in North America and globally. By having an active interaction with banks and the financial markets, the analyst will be challenged to support the business in cash forecasting and FX related topics.The successful candidate will work closely with global Treasury and Finance leadership teams to drive actions that protect ADM's financial performance and mitigate many key risks including liquidity and FX risks. This is a demanding and rewarding developmental position based in Chicago.Responsibilities:Coordinate with regional treasury teams to develop the global cash forecastTrack forecast performanceRecommend and lead initiatives to increase forecast accuracyManage ADM's North America foreign exchange hedge deskBackup European foreign exchange hedge desk during part of North America trading hoursPeriodically review and update ADM's global foreign exchange policyMonitor counterparty risk of ADM's FX and interest rate banksPartner with the global treasury team with a focus on risk mitigation practicesLead Interest Swap Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreement negotiations with foreign exchange counterpartiesSubject matter expert and owner of Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) calculationLead the Treasury team's Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) calculationApprove payment of Treasury related invoicesSupport and research the treasury teams financial regulation compliance needsPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, finance, accounting or business related field with a minimum of 1 years relevant professional experience; MBA a plusAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrated capacity to perform in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to communicate complex ideas effectivelyStrong interpersonal skillsMust be fluent in Excel and PowerPointExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
