We are seeking a reliable and motivated Engineering Assistant to support a wide range of hands-on and technical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills and working on a variety of projects. Duties may include maintenance work, metal fabrication, electrical and mechanical assembly, programming, 3D printing, and creating models in Fusion 360. The role involves a mix of physical and technical work, ranging from using hand tools and climbing ladders to designing components and working with software.
The position is part time, approximately three to four days per week with flexible hours. Current or former electrical or mechanical engineering students are preferred, but anyone with strong interest and willingness to learn a diverse set of skills is encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of completing tasks without needing step-by-step oversight.
