- ISO 14001 Certification Management and Management Representative
- Job Safety Analysis and Routine Safety Audits
- Perform New Hire Orientations for Environmental Health and Safety OSHA and EPA Required Recordkeeping
- Support and Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs and Policies
- Utilization of Grant Monies for Safety
- Vendors, Visitors, and Contractors Safety
- Waste Management for Regulatory and Refuge Requirements
- Lead Safety Committee

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office/industrial environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands
Teammate must be able to occasionally lift up to 35lbs in single or multiple lifts. Teammate must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 50lbs. Teammate will frequently bend, twist, turn, squat kneel, overhead reach, climb stairs, and pinch grip small objects for up to 7 hours per day. Typical work environment includes; sitting, typing, writing in an office setting 4 hours per day. Teammate must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles. Idle time between job tasks is likely to exist. Break/Lunch periods are typical in an 8.5-hour day. Teammate must be able to wear a full-face respirator and participate in annual testing to meet compliance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Maintain a good balance of time on the floor and desk time.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of job-specific and related experience in Environmental Health and Safety preferred.
3 years of manufacturing and related experience in the Automotive Industry
Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, enterprise resource planning systems experience is preferred.
