Job Summary
St. Cecilia School and Academy is seeking a dependable and supportive Middle School Classroom Aide to assist teachers in creating a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will support students academically and behaviorally while helping maintain daily classroom routines and fostering a positive school culture.

Pre-Employment Screening

The screening will include criminal background check, Family Care Safety Registration, drug screen, employment and educational licensure/certification verification, health screening, and any other screenings deemed necessary for employment. Job Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with instructional activities, including small-group and individual student support.
- Help maintain a structured and organized classroom environment.
- Support middle school students with assignments and classroom tasks.
- Reinforce classroom expectations and promote positive behavior.
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other assigned times.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support student needs.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to support a structured and respectful learning environment.
