Job Summary
St John the Baptist Catholic Church, Gildehaus is seeking a joyful, dependable, and faith-filled Kindergarten Teacher’s Aide for the upcoming school year. This position supports the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to supporting their academic, spiritual, social, and emotional development in a Catholic school setting.

- Assist with lessons, activities, and daily classroom routines
- Work with students one-on-one and in small groups
- Help maintain a positive, faith-centered environment
- Support classroom management and student supervision (recess, lunch, etc.)
- Prepare materials and keep the classroom organized and safe
- Model Catholic values and participate in prayer and school activities
- High school diploma required; college coursework in education preferred
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting Catholic education
