Job Summary
Holy Rosary Catholic School is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Aide for the 2026–2027 school year. This full‑time position supports the Preschool Teacher in creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where young children can learn and thrive. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:15 am - 3:15 pm.
The Preschool Aide assists the classroom teacher in providing supplementary instruction, reinforcing skills, and supporting enrichment and remedial activities for individuals and small groups of students. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, communicates well, and contributes to a joyful, faith‑filled classroom community.

- Enjoys working with preschool‑aged children
- Ability to support instructional activities as directed by the teacher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and attentive to student needs
- All candidates must meet Archdiocesan Safe Environment requirements
- Assist the Preschool Teacher with classroom instruction and daily routines
- Provide skill reinforcement, remedial support, and enrichment activities for individuals or small groups
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Support children during learning centers, playtime, transitions, and other classroom activities
- Help with supervision during recess, rest time, and other daily periods
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with the teacher and other preschool staff to support overall program goals
