The school is dedicated to fulfilling its mission of a rich tradition of ensuring the highest level of learning through faith and excellence in education. Individuals applying must be able to support and promote the Catholic Identity of the school. The school community is seeking qualified candidates for a full time TK Teacher position. Qualifications Applicant must hold a BA from an accredited college or university A valid California Teaching Credential* (or a reciprocal credential) is preferred Progressing towards at least 24 Units in early childhood education or childhood development Preferably 2 or more years teaching experience with children Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferably a practicing Catholic Teaching Position Summary: A passion for teaching children in a differentiated learning environment Provide a positive classroom learning environment Enjoy working in level groups, have a strong sense of collaboration Responsible for lesson planning, instruction and assessment Ease and ability to integrate technology as teaching and learning tool Provide individualized instruction by promoting interactive learning Able to call students to a high sense of accountability, classroom management skills should provide flexibility for meeting diverse learning styles Salary Range: $59,515 to $132,983 Base Range (Advanced Education & Certification not included) Please email a cover letter and resume to careers@stceciliaschool.org.
