Job Description and Duties: Saint Veronica is seeking a qualified part time Learning Resource Teacher for the 2026–2027 schoolyear. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. The Learning Resource Teacher is responsible for assisting and supporting our students as they navigate various academic challenges. • Works in an academic support role with students with Service Plans and struggling students • Works with students 1:1,in small groups, or by pushing-in to classrooms • Implement teaching methods appropriate for each student to facilitate their accessing the curriculum • Implement current technology, as needed to address student needs • Collaborate with other teachers to support struggling students • Works on Student Support Teams (SST) at the school site level • Initiate and coordinate IEPs with SSFUSD and parents • Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, Principal, & SSFUSD • Maintain Student Service Plan Records • Attend Archdiocesan Resource Meetings and report back to Principal &/or teachers • Provide spiritual, emotional, and academic support to students • Serves in other school duties, as assigned by the Principal 434 Alida Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080-4302 Qualities: • Practicing Catholic Preferred • Supportive of the Catholic Ethos of the school • Commitment to creating a supportive & engaging learning environment where students thrive • Collaborative / Team-player • Passion for & ability to patiently support and encourage students as they strive to learn new skills • Strong communication skills in relation to students, parents, faculty, & admin.
