We seek an advanced-level math instructor for Nativity’s freshman, sophomore and junior classes for the 2026-2027 academic year. The aim of the math program is for students to develop confidence in problem solving, aptitude in mathematical reasoning, and appeeciation for the beauty of mathematics. Mathematical studies will play a pivotal role in Nativity’s STEM focused curriculum. Ultimately, your mathematical skills, teaching technique and resolve will reflect Nativity’s mission and our classroom culture applicants who prefer part-time work will be considered. Course Overview Track 1 9th Grade: Algebra10th Grade: Geometry 11th Grade: Algebra II 12th Grade: Pre-Calculus Track 2 9th Grade: Geometry10th Grade: Algebra IIII th Grade: Pre-Calculus 12th Grade: AP Calculus Track 3 9th Grade: Algebra III0th Grade: Pre-Calculus11th Grade: AP Calculus AB 12th Grade: AP Calculus BC Responsibilities This role shall include the following duties: 1.Teach up to four classes of 15-20 students, 50 minutes of class instruction per day, five days per week, Monday- Friday (~37 teaching weeks per academic year). 2.Develop lesson plans for regular review. 3.Attend faculty meetings and in-s e rvice days when needed. 4.Provide office hours and tutoring for students as needed. 5.Participate in supporting the student experience at Nativity.
