Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include
- Assisting the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities
- Supporting students during lessons, centers, and transitions
- Helping maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Supervising students during lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal as needed
- Assisting with classroom preparation, organization, and materials
- Providing individual or small-group support to students
- Experience working with young children (school or childcare setting preferred)
- A patient, positive, and flexible approach to working with students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of a Catholic school
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education a plus
