Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary:
The System Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Provide support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and protocols.
Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA Network or Security
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Benefits:
$70,000 per year with increase to $75,000 after 12 months if candidate is determined to be a good fit.
