Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core subject areas
- Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily lessons and classroom culture
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to support both academic and personal
- Use assessment data to guide instruction and ensure student progress
- Maintain a well-managed, organized, and faith-filled classroom environment
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school-wide initiatives
- Support the mission of Catholic education through word and example
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification (or working toward certification)
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
