Treasury Analyst- This is a full time in person position in Milwaukee, WI(St. Francis) This position works closely with clergy and a practicing Catholic is preferred.

The Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center, located in St. Francis, is the main office for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The archdiocese covers 10 counties in Southeast Wisconsin and includes almost 200 parishes and over 100 Catholic schools.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, forecasting future financial needs, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze daily cash balances
- Assist in managing various annual insurance renewal processes, as well as collections and billing with parishes and schools
- Function as treasury liaison with banks
- Work with accounting to prepare and present financial statements for trusts
- Assist in maintaining accurate priest pension data
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist with the development of cash flow forecasting and projections
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
- 2-5 years of experience in treasury or financial analysis required
- Certified Treasury Professional preferred
- Practicing Catholic in good standing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:
The position is a full-time (40 hours per week), salaried position working in-person at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Pastoral Center. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee provides a full scope of employment benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flextime, Catholic school tuition assistance for children of employees, 403b retirement plan, and a pension program. Occasional weekend and evening assignments and some travel to parishes throughout the archdiocese is required.
