Qualifications
- Commitment to Catholic education and Church teachings
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification (or enrolled in a certification program)
- Strong knowledge of middle school science content
- Experience using data to inform instruction and provide intervention
- Effective classroom management and communication skills
- Deliver engaging, standards-based science instruction
- Develop students' understanding of scientific concepts, inquiry skills, and real-world application
- Differentiate instruction through small-group support and enrichment opportunities
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
- Foster a structured, Christ-centered classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues
- Participate in professional development and school activities
