Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, committed to Catholic education and values.
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
- Valid state administrative certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in an elementary or middle school.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, parents, and parish leadership.
- Experience in student discipline, curriculum development, and faith formation is preferred.
- Serve as a member of the school's leadership team, participating in strategic planning and institutional decision-making.
- Exercise delegated authority from the Principal in matters of student discipline, instructional supervision, and daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and disciplined learning environment.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned faculty and staff.
- Lead faculty meetings and professional development initiatives in alignment with school goals.
- Lead instructional improvement initiatives, utilizing student performance data to strengthen curriculum alignment and elevate academic outcomes.
- Partner with the Principal and leadership team to implement the school's strategic vision and ensure alignment across academic, spiritual, and operational priorities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Lead faith-based initiatives, including school liturgies and service projects, in collaboration with the Principal, faculty, and parish leadership.
- Oversee extracurricular programs and school-wide events as needed.
- Ensure a positive and orderly campus culture.
