What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director of Stewardship Development position at Archdiocese of Dubuque?
The Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Stewardship Development to advance the mission of the Church by leading donor relations and fundraising execution for the Stewardship Development team by guiding pastorates and schools in building a culture of stewardship and by connecting the generosity of the faithful to the Archdiocesan pastoral priorities of Evangelization, Leadership Formation, and Pastoral Planning. This position can be based from Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, or Waterloo, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations with direct experience in annual appeals and individual donor solicitation.
