Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Must possess the ability to provide service to care members, residents, visitors and the general public.
- Must be knowledgeable of medical terminology, technology and data input/output.
- Good communication and customer service skills on the phone and in person.
- Knowledge of the proper methods for correspondence, memos, and reports, including correct grammatical usage.
- Good organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgement.

Education:
- Associate Degree preferred
