💰 $37.91 – $47.39 per hour
🎁 Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

ArchCare Senior Life (PACE) is a long-term Medicaid/Medicare plan designed specifically for seniors who need nursing home level care but want to stay at home. With PACE, participants have a dedicated Care Team to coordinate everything, so they are able to live comfortably where they are, knowing they'll get the coordinated care they need. PACE provides and coordinates care at our Wellness Centers, in patients' homes, and in other settings.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed in New York State
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition or related field
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, you’ll play a critical role in promoting health and quality of life through individualized nutrition care, education, and counseling.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering nutrition programs for individuals and groups
- Assessing and evaluating participants’ nutritional status using professional standards
- Developing and monitoring individualized nutrition care plans
- Documenting assessments, care plans, and outcomes in accordance with ArchCare standards
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
- Providing nutrition counseling and education to participants and caregivers
- Partnering with Food Services to support special dietary needs
