Role Description
ArchBuilt is seeking a skilled QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Coach/Teacher to train and teach a team member in managing basic financial operations. This part-time role is based in Santa Ana, CA (near South Coast Plaza).
Responsibilities include training one (1) team member on the basic use of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (for contractors), and ensuring accurate financial record maintenance. The role also involves delivering instructional content, offering process improvement recommendations, and supporting daily accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, including setting up accounts, managing transactions, and generating financial reports
- Skilled in training and guiding individuals on financial software and operational procedures
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, systems optimization, and financial management processes
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments
- Previous experience in the design/build or construction sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
