Rehab Health Specialist — Inpatient Rehabilitation
Description
Provide complete and thorough personal care for patients on the Inpatient Rehab Unit to include: assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating
Record vital signs, weights, intake and output
Perform treatment procedures as directed
Plan, organize and implement unit activities
Participate in treatment team meetings
Experience/Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or GED
Prefer recent hospital, skilled nursing facility or extended care facility experience or completion of a training program for rehab technicians
