Patient Financial Care Coordinator- Outpatient Rehab
Qualifications
High School Graduate.
One or more years of college level training preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional healthcare environment (required).
Responsibilities
Responsible for the organization, staffing, planning, training, orientation and controlling of personnel and activities within the Financial Clearance department.
Monitors the quality of work performed and provides feedback to staff timely and as necessary
Works to continuously improve the patient experience. Implements appropriate actions to improve patient satisfaction scores. Responds to patient, visitor and physician suggestions, concerns and complaints.
Works closely with ancillary department management to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
