Description
- Conducts and documents patient evaluation per physician referral, develops a plan of care for each patient across the age continuum (pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric)
- Implements treatment plan per physician referral and evaluation results, across the age continuum
- Provides formal and informal teaching of patient and family in the role of therapy and the patient's disability and needs
- Supports department activities which influence accreditation by outside agencies, such as quality assurance, peer review
- Graduate of accredited professional program in Occupational Therapy
- Current GA license
- BCLS certified
