Occupational Therapy Assistant- Archbold Living Pelham
Position Description:
- Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members
- Notify therapists of changes in patient status and documents in the medical record
- Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit timely
Experience/Education:
- Graduate of an accredited two-year occupational therapy assistant program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia
- BCLS certified
- Experience preferred
