Job Responsibilities
As an Environmental Services Aide, you'll maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff by performing tasks such as maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing patient rooms, bathrooms, and other areas of the hospital. You'll also conduct regular spot checks to identify areas that require additional cleaning or attention, gather and empty trash and recyclables, clean spills and smudges on various surfaces, restock and maintain cleaning supplies, and familiarize yourself with safe methods of using cleaning supplies and adhere to best practices for cleaning chemicals. Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and visitors.
