Chemistry - Tenure Track
Archbishop Molloy High School is seeking a highly qualified and passionate educator for a tenure-track Chemistry teaching position beginning in the 2026-27 school year. This position includes teaching NYS Regents Chemistry, along with all relevant lab work. We strongly prefer candidates whose pedagogy is informed by current science education research and best practices and who incorporate student-centered, project-based instructional techniques to engage and inspire learners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master’s Degree in Chemistry Education or a related field
- A valid NYS Teaching Certificate in Chemistry (7-12)
- The ability and willingness to teach across the Science curriculum, including a course in Conceptual Physics.
- High school teaching experience
