What You'll Do
- Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas
- Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections
- Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs
- Run a small crew and keep the job moving
- 5 years carpentry experience, deck or residential framing
- Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and communicates when something changes
- Steady year-round work — we run multiple crews across fence, deck, and outdoor construction
- Competitive pay based on experience
