Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire material lifecycle, from preparing accurate take-offs and generating purchase orders to handling small-quantity material acquisitions.
- Overseeing warehouse inventory and ensuring materials are staged and prepared for jobs.
- Develop and improve tools and methods for efficient material planning and purchasing.
- Collaborate effectively with design, sales, and production teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the greater Charlotte area - In person position
- High school diploma required; Construction Management Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in material estimating or construction is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
